New for Summer 2010, an Old Town InstaGreeter Outpost at Second City !
Our newest neighborhood InstaGreeter Outpost is located in the heart of Old Town. Home to Second City, the training ground of comedians such as John Belushi, Bill Murray, Steve Carrell and Tina Fey, Old Town is filled with popular restaurants and unusual boutiques. The neighborhood also hosts one of the nation's oldest summer art fairs.
From Memorial Day through Columbus Day, Old Town Instagreeter is available every Saturday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., leaving from the Second City, 1616 N. Wells Street. All visits are first-come, first-served and limited to groups of six or fewer. No reservations required.
Hyde Park Instagreeter
Returning this summer, experience Hyde Park, President Obama's neighborhood, with a Hyde Park Instagreeter!
These FREE one-hour guided walking visits are the perfect introduction to this historic neighborhood, which is also home to the University of Chicago, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House, the Museum of Science and Industry, DuSable Museum of African American History and many other cultural gems.
From Memorial Day through Columbus Day, Hyde Park Instagreeter is available every Saturday between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and leaves from the Hyde Park Art Center, 5020 S. Cornell Avenue. All visits are first-come, first-served and limited to groups of six or fewer. No reservations required.

Perfect for visitors with free time or those unable to pre-register with Chicago Greeter. This free, on-the-spot Chicago Greeter service is a great introduction to downtown Chicago for travel parties of six or fewer.
InstaGreeter 60-minute walking visits are available first come, first served on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. central time.
The last visit of the day departs at 3 p.m. Learn about everything from Chicago history and architecture to the Chicago River and lakefront.
Just check in at the InstaGreeter booth in the Chicago Cultural Center Visitor Information Center, 77 E. Randolph Street.
Millennium Park Greeter
A delightful introduction to the park's development, art and architecture!
Enjoy a free, walking tour of Chicago's 24.5-acre, award-winning Millennium Park with a Millennium Park Greeter. Tour size is limited to 10 people.
Originating at the Millennium Park Welcome Center, located at 201 E. Randolph Street, daily tours are available at 11:30am and 1:00pm Memorial Day through Columbus Day. Call 312.744.8000 for more information.
